With bolt on, how do you deal with brake lines on the inside of the frame ?

Aluminum standoffs that move the brake lines out beyond the U-bolts.

Pardon my lack of acronym acumen, but what the 'DOM' option mean ?

Or would it be easier to just make the same set for 5 guys, if we can agree on a style?

Sorry, I made an assumption they would all be for 60-series.

DOM is drawn over mandrel and is a harder/stronger material than HREW. If you are going to play in the rocks a lot... I recommend DOM otherwise the HREW can take quite a bit of abuse.

A set of mine... 7400# 200 series pivoting around a boulder.
