Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

I just helped a friend purchase a VERY clean, gray on black, 2-owner 2014 LC w/ 65k miles for $46k. Purchased in MD, very clean overall, especially underneath, I think he got a good deal.

Just picked up a Blizzard white (beige interior) 2010 LX570 with 54k private party from the original (elderly) owners. Serviced every 5k at the dealer with all records and window sticker. CA car it’s whole life. Thing looks brand new... Always garaged, never off road and pretty sure they never used the middle or third rows. They wouldn’t budge from the $29,500 asking price and I was happy to pay it. Wanted to hold out for a land cruiser, but I’ve been looking for 18 months and this one checked (almost) all the boxes.

2009 LX 570. 209,000 Texas miles. Black and Tan. Very clean inside, just some wrinkles on the driver seat. About 50 service records, all at the local Lexus dealer. Water pump and new (road) tires not long ago. Shocks and some other stuff a few years ago. Ventilated seats. It gets picked up by transport tomorrow.
$17,500 (not including inspection, escrow, transport, tax, title, license)

Just got a (coveted) '08 Amazon Green / Tan with 100k for 30k. Has some undercarriage rust (not very bad), good interior with minor carpet flaws, and a few paint chips. Will need tires, but decent dealer service history and pretty well loaded. I'm happy!

You serious Clark? '09 with 209k for 17,5? How'd you pull that off?

That’s what the seller wanted for it. I didn’t try to talk him up. It is really high miles after all. He was driving back and forth between Houston and west Texas oil claims. The lx has a dealer installed radar detector. Gotta love Texas. I, like lots of folks on here looked assiduously for more than a month, and was ready to pounce when the right opportunity was there. I also missed several more expensive lower mile options by less than an hour. After transport and escrow costs, it’s around 19k to my door. Still good but not world shaking. I’d have rather had the 54k white cruiser for 29.5k . . . But as my dad said, beggars can’t be choosers. I also prefer the lx for my use case, I’m not ever likely to rock crawl.

First Post, been searching for a 200 Series LC or LX for quite a while and about 3 weeks ago found a 2014 LX at Murrieta, CA CarMax. Had it shipped to Denver, Free to Denver area for any 4WD / AWD vehicle, and bought it on Saturday. $41K with 83.9K Miles. Additional $2.6K for the MaxCare warranty for 4 years or up to 150K miles. Can take it to any ASE Certified Mechanic. Bought the warranty more for just peace of mind, may not get my money out of the warranty, but having the same MaxCare warranty on a 2008 Highlander it has paid out over $4K so far (Transmission Leak, Water Pump, Heated Seat) and still good for another year. I checked the Lexus Site and previous owner maintained it well at Lexus San Diego.

CarMax put on a brand new set of Nexen Rodian HP tires, not sure about these, will probably be the only thing I upgrade right away.

I'm coming from a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I've owned for 17 years, bought it in 2001 with 18K miles. It's been good but too many issues to keep fixing, the LX is a huge step up for me and the wife. She loves the 200 Series LC's and the LX570's so we're both very excited to finally own one.

Just picked up 2 LX570's.

2017 White/Black, 20k, Certified Preowned, 67k.

2009 Black/Tan 140k (30 pages of service records, older couples car in Atlanta, every 5k service at the local Lexus dealership, my local Lexus technician called it a "beautiful" service record. They traded it in on a 2017. Picked up this 1 owner, completely rust free, southern truck for 22.5k

Both great deals. I was looking to build a 16+ LX, but most I was seeing were ~$69k for a 16 with about 35k miles. Ended up with a 16 LC instead.

I've been looking about 4 months now for a LC, initially 100s to then 200s and a budget initially $25k to now $45k. Since I will likely never mod I settled for a local LX though really wanted a LC.

I just pulled the trigger on a 2013 LX white on black prior CPO with 71k TX miles for $36.5k (at around avg trade-in, CarMax was offering $36k reportedly). Known issue of vehicle claim from minor road debris damage ($1.5k in repairs, mostly the mirror assembly) that hit carfax x2 (date of initial insurance claim/date of repair were months apart which lined up with documentation/insurance memo) and only major defect is passenger dvd screen with 1 inch crack which I will likely never use. Maintenance: oil ranging every 6-15k miles (not ideal but acceptable), water pump replaced/AHC flush at 64k, battery at 63k, and tires/rotors/pads at 42k.

and the day I buy it the local dealer lists a 2013 LX gray on black one owner with 61k for $46k.

@airforce1 I just bought an LX and watched the market for six weeks. That seems like a good deal for a lower miles example.

So I got more info on the LX570:

Starfire Pearl with dark grey leather, 66K miles, Luxury Package, 2 owner car, rear air suspension repaired in 2015, front brakes replaced in 2016, new battery in 2018, recent 60K service. Full records with all service performed at local Lexus dealership. No reported accidents. Underbody looks very clean. Only flaws I see: few minor dents/scratches on body and wheels, airbag light on (owner will address before purchase), small leather tear on back of 2nd row, yellowing headlights. Otherwise, a nice looking vehicle.

Looks like I will be pulling the trigger :)
