looks good! do they do foam rubber extrusions? maybe worth getting the profile done for the door jamb weatherstripping.

Lou, opened a can of worms here. See the weatherstrip thread as well. Would love to see what else they can do. But this and the door regulator rubber are good starts.

:cheers: to Lou again.

Brett; I think we have good replacements for the frame to door rubber seals out of SOR and JCWhitney; have used both and they work well; see post 62 on the weatherstrip thread....IMO the SOR is a more efficient seal but pricey.............have had both in place for nearly a year and they are working well; the fellows that do the extrusion do not fabricate composites and the frame to door seals on the pre 78s have a composite structure of the welt holding piece with glued or "vulcanized" rubber seal with it see post 164 on the weather strip thread to see the construction cross section; am just glad they were able to help us and make short runs of rubber for us; they tend to fabricate runs of 1,000 ft or more.
here are pix of the tailgate regulator channel rubber removed from a 74 pig; compare with picture from post #1 by Nuclearlemon beneath the old rubber removed......more about this on the weather stripping thread; HTH;
