Between the straight and 90 degree die grinders, I can usually get a cross in just about anything.

That X cut sure does work, If you can get a grinder to the head. Some you can't.
It's just as easy if you drill a 5/16 hole in the rivet head. Drill past the plane of frame . the rivet head will pop right off

How loud is the electric fuel pump in the cabin during slow operation?
I put a a basic FI tech kit on an sbc powered 40 and the pump was awfully loud and annoying.

Owner has put 2500 miles on it. I wanted to change the oil and give it a once over. All is good. Ready for more miles.

Picked this one up for a once over and added some Holley Retrobrite lights with their reverse polarity harness.

Running and driving great. About 1500 or so miles since I last had it here.

The owner of this just came out to test drive the diesel 80 I have for sale. I think he wants the diesel therefore this thing is about to be for sale.

122,000 miles. Garage kept. Beauty. Zero rust. Need to figure out a good price.

For the rivets, I just flatten the head enough so I can put a good punch mark on it and drill them out. For the ones on the reinforcing plates, I got a 10mm x 200mm long drill bit and was able to get two for the price of one by drilling up from the bottom as the top rivets line up with the bottom ones.

Will do. I have one guy that is running it by a guy first. If he passes I'll let you know. It's a good one.
