Awesome bumper!! Love your rig. Cant wait to see pics of the bumper on...:steer:

Couldn't agree more!! Why is it on the grass???

It's gonna take me a while to get it on. I have to remove my hitch, bumper, rear crossmember and part of my inner c channel. I also have to put some more bracing in the hitch portion so I can tow my 416. Finally I have to cut my quarters up and then it'll go on. In time....

That things gonna look sick. Im looking forward to seeing pics of it on the trail.

I'd add a couple gussets to the hitch part and maybe some tube across the back to tie the two "goal posts" together (maybe some plate/ dimple die action too). Like this:

You think so? I like how it's open. Think it needs the strength?

Wouldn't hurt but I don't think its necessary. More for looks.

Gotcha. :hhmm:

I may do that. I want to get it on first so I can go wheeling some more, but that is definitely on my list.

Do you remember the wall thickness of the tube you used?

cool, now get to cuttin! it feels good.

I've had the bumper for a week or so now but school has me too busy to put it on:bang: I am going wheeling this weekend so I will take some pics there and post them up.

Checked fluids today, filled a couple and realized how much oil my tranny and t-case were leaking. I think they're gonna get a rebuild this summer, the t-case at least. Going to finally "finish" the exhaust with some flexy pipe. Ghetto and I don't care. It'll work for the time being. When I swap motors, and frames for that matter, this truck will get a real exhaust.

i want to go wheeling! My junk is even drivable again and not currently broken.

Nothin wrong with a little flexi pipe to tie stuff together.......for a little while.

Mine been there for 2 years!:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Cant wait to see moonshines A$$!

Hahahahaha, I'm glad I'm not the only one using flexi pipe!

I wish I could have put the bumper on before the trip, but school is more important.:frown:

What if I fabbed up a high lift mount to span that gap? I think that'd look pretty slick.
