Ok... so the plan is still to roll out of San Diego county at the 915 time frame. All the research that I have found is that water crossing is about the 33" area so we should be good for the crossing. As for the first night of camping, I'm of the opinion we camp behind Hanks mountain, the purple spot. I do not know whom is coming in on Friday night or early on Saturday morning. Plus gives the opportunity for a quick town run if someone finds out they forgot something. As for stops the big ones are being requested so those we will stop at plus a few others I think will be cool. Saturdays potluck is still a go with only a few folks letting me know if your bring something. As for those staying on Sunday, you can get a hotel room or camp out again. Since we have our dog looks like we are doing a third night of camping. Looking forward to the trip and we will be taking lots of photos for maybe doing a story for Toyota Trails.

Hanks Mountain sounds good to me. I'll set my radio to the 146.490 MHz frequency on approach - leaving Escondido around 4:15 PM factoring in dinner and a fuel stop in Baker, I'm guessing an arrival time of around 9PM...

Wait, that wasn’t even 35”. I am good, will leave the outboard and rudder at home. Nice find on the videos!

Like the title says.... will be doing a run from California out to Laughlin via the Mojave Trail. Plan is for those who can leave on Friday morning to do so and get some trail time in that day. Going in near southern edge and driving to the south of Baker so other members can meet us up against the mountain that evening and then early Saturday morning. Make our way east at a decent time Saturday 9th and camp somewhere in between. Stops for sight seeing will be involved. Sunday out a good time and hope to be in the Laughlin area about 4 to 5 on Sunday Evening. Those who want to stay can get hotel rooms and cruise home the next day our turn and burn. Looking for those who would like to make this fun trip.

Confirmed members coming and guest.

So, can I look at this page on arrival into Baker and see where you're at? That seems like it would be a big help.
Yep. It doesn't track me I have to send the spot, but will do it when we get to camp.

Have fun y'all! Don't drown!! I'll be out in Saline Valley at the hot springs staring at the gf and naked nudes haha

You can fallow either link, just make sure you have cell coverage when you check

Teds spot hasn't changed in six hours
It won't change unless I tell it to send a message. I'll update it tomorrow. And yes remember you do need to have internet access to see it.

I'll check in Baker when refueling and heading off pavement.... my recollection is that I have had ATT cell service all the way to Las Vegas along the I-15 corridor.
