Are you trying to access from the drop down menu? If so, you have to access it from your account. The drop down menu link will only give you a preview.
That might be it. I am logged in but am using the drop.

I too had to struggle getting to read it, finally went to my account section where there was a download link for this month and last. TLCA makes it a little too hard to download these articles.
