Misfire after Fuel Injector servicing

Wonder if you local shop even checked spray pattern (hook up voltage and run a cleaning solvent)?
I too had a Dead #6 and replaced with with a refurb from RockAuto.com. No issues.
Had the other 5 cleaned at InjectorRx in Houston and they seems to have done a good job and sent back a before & after report plus lube to install them. Was a little over $100.
Dealer wanted somewhere around $700 to replace that one injector. I paid them $110 for diagnostics and changed it in my driveway. Not a hard job but somewhat tedious as I did not want anything broke.

I would send all six to RC engineering. They are fast and reasonably priced. Chances are, they will repair the bad injector and then you will have a eventually spare.
Hand your local service shop the bill.

Is RC Engineering the same as www.rcfuelinjection.com?

Good question.
They seem to have different addresses but both still in Torrance.
Not sure if they are the same company and moved from one place to another.

They must be because they are in Torrance, CA. Maybe they changed their name bc when I google rcengineering, I get several other hits.

Quoted me $25 for fuel injector cleaning, refurbishment, and testing (before and after test results will be included). The do replace all seals.
