image-3453051591.jpg Well don't have anything to show y'all as far as progress goes.. But all of my parts are in so looks like this weekend I can start assembling! Pretty pumped about getting my wagon back on the ground! Oh and if anyone wants the templates I used to make the knuckle gussets just hit me up. Planning the design was honestly half the battle.

Rear perches burned on, I set my pinion at the transfer case and dropped it 1 degree. Feeling good about it since I am going to be getting a track bar soon! Going to set the front tomorrow and get them painted.
Enjoy,

Could you post up a pic of how you installed yours? Were they hard to fit? I don't have a rear sway bar so I need to source one somehow.

Man you are moving along at a good pace. Could you take some good pictures of where your front spring hanger and shackle mounts are sitting on the frame. Thanks and looks good Mj

Thanks Ryan, I stayed up late last night to get the rear axle all set up so I could slap the tires on it! And yes I will take some pics when I get home for you.

that's going to depend on how much body roll you are comfortable handling ..

Well I got the front hung tonight, planning on doing the cut and turn tomorrow!

One thing I have to say is that the passenger side front spring pad was a b***h to fit. Spent an hour on the grinding wheel to make it go on properly.

Cut up a spare axle housing that was bent to see what I'm working with while doing the cut and turn.

Cut and turn done! Ending up setting my castor angle at 5.5 degrees turned back. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Now just getting the axles ready to paint and then I am going to start assembling! My 110 mig struggled when I was welding the thick spring perches so don't hate on the crappy welds ha.
Enjoy,
