I can't make it now, have to divide and conquer with the wife for kid stuff.

If I were going, I'd want to avoid RC because of the crowds.

We did a run to AOAA last year, it was a nice trail run, nothing too challenging, but the trails are poorly marked and I don't think they had a map.

There is supposed to be some more difficult terrain than what we hit before. I think it still warrants exploration, and plan on checking it out sometime soon.

I won't have a truck to wheel but I will be stopping by to chat I only live 15 min from there. If there is a open seat I might ride along if it is ok.

im going to be missing a lot from now on... ill come visit when I have some spare time..... going to leave the cruiser at my parents house in NJ.

I've got a free seat in the 40. My passenger backed out.

Here is the current roster as listed in this thread:

Stevesnj
VBRoamer
Stoshu
Shmukster??
CAZ

So, what's the verdict fellas? Is it Rausch or AOAA? I'm game for either, and it looks like we're going to have nice weather too.

Just introduced myself over in this section, however I am over in eastern PA for the weekend.

Not sure if this is a member only thing but are the trails you guys run too intense for a 100 with 33's and no sliders?

The monthly ride is open to everyone, and we'd love to have you!

It really depends on where we go and who shows up. Anthracite is probably fine for you, although some of the trails are tight with branches and could cause a little "pinstriping".

At Rausch you can usually bypass the harder sections where you don't want to go.

Still waiting on valve shims and have to assemble. Looks like i'm out...

I'd prefer AOAA, supposed to be challenging trails "on the backside of the mountain" but RC is OK too -- I'd rather be wheeling than not -- and if at RC I'd do the NW side due to less traffic than the main side.

There were about 75 trucks today. They also didn't charge extra for the north property. Something to do with the logging right now on the other properties and they aren't charging extra for the north because of it. Supposed to be 120 tomorrow w/ the FJNE. And of course all of the jeep traffic.
Plus for the day. We did get to stop and recover 2 jeeps.

Well guys, bad news for me.... Looks like the LR wheel cylinder that was weeping has finally called it quits. Leak has gotten worse and won't keep a firm peddle, petal, pedal anymore. Paging @beno for the parts.

I am out for tomorrow. Hope you guys have a good time wherever you choose to go.
