Just gotta find a better paint that isn’t so clumpy and i think this is gonna be the ticket

Would still prefer (and still looking for) a sombrero emblem that I could cover the TRD with.

Just watched your YouTube series on the 5500 and realized you live 2 mins away from me and like cheap beer and whiskey. This could be dangerous.

This is misinformation

I like cheap beer and GOOD whiskey

Thanks to @FJRanger and @Mac62 i think I found exactly what I’m looking for

Part # 4260B-60370 (stock center cap from 2016+ LC)

Fits perfectly in the Heritage BBS wheels and looks a bit cleaner and less dude bro-ish IMHO

The sombrero comes out easily for painting.

I also prefer the flush look vs the recessed style of the others

Photos below of @Mac62 rig with them. Love it!

Is that to raise the axle side track bar connection? Watching with interest. I think I would like to do this as well. I don't have that much lift but would like to get the track bar to close to factory angle as possible.

Love the truck.

Owner is sexier than the truck, if that is even possible.

Only thing can't stand, is the narco solid black ghetto windows. But to each their own.

Come on up and take a ride on my Bilsteins (I promise that is not a pick up line)

Yes, this is the shorty, aka the version for mild lift, under 2.5 or so. They make various ones for various heights.

Reviews seem to be ALL very positive and that it makes a pretty substantial difference, even with mild lift:

As explained before, i am a light skin ginger with a bunch of skin cancer.

You can take your gingertint hate elsewhere sir

Well.. Finally got the wheels back from the powdercoater and couldnt be happier.

Had them coated to match the inner gray of the grill and they nailed it!!

DISCLAIMER: If powdercoating forged wheels, its a special process as to not change the metalurgy of the wheels. Standard process can alter it. I had these done at www.ecppowdercoatinginc.com which does many of the Baja trophy truck forged wheels and never had one break. Good enough for them, good enough for me.

Now to figure out proper center caps.

As of now, the 3rd one (but with the sombrero painted to match the wheels) is my favorite.

Yes, i know she needs a bath :flipoff2:

Oh, and whoever packs and ships this stuff is the best in the biz!

This is part of the “while I’m in there” snowballing list of goodness sitting in my garage now. Just a few more things and it’s gonna be tear down time! Woot!
