Yep, that's what the feds have slated for next weekend. Actually above normal all week.

Did you get all your stuff dried out?

And how about you Cayce, did you ever get any sleep?:D

Yep, I rinsed everything off as soon as I got home and hung it out to dry. I'm all packed up ready for another trip.

Mount Lemon soon?

Sounds good, but my weekends are pretty tied up for the next month or so. Maybe I can dump a couple of weekdays.:hhmm:

And Matt, it'll get posted up when it looks like another run is do-able.

I got some good sleep last night. Side benefit of the benadryl I took to calm the dozens of mosquito bites I got on the trip. Anyone else get massacred? They must have come into the truck after the rain stopped in the middle of the night. My dumb ass had the window open to let the nice cool breeze in.

, I wasn't going to say anything, I thought I was the only one.:D

I knew we were doomed, when we disturbed the Salado dwelling.

Cool breeze?...:lol::lol::lol:

I didn't get any bites on that trip and I had my tent wide open when the rain stopped.
I got my ass chewed up the next night at a pool party though. Yeah, thats right, I got home from this trip, emptied the rig, took a shower and went out to a kegger for fireworks. The guys house is in Tucson Country Club where they fire off the show so we were right under them while chillin in the pool.

This run was awesome, it takes some hours to do it and it's mostly non-stop bouncy. It kinda wears you down a bit, but well worth it.

This a most excellent idea.

if an 80s driver says "kinda bouncy", how many teeth will a 40 driver have left

way to go, splitshot

Post 'em up fellas...

Exploritory trip with Alvin, Cayce, and Ross. Great trip, brutal, but will make the top 5 in my book. Might had made #1 if the sleeping conditions were better (90% humidity, hot and no breeze).

I only have a few..

Look like it was an assume trip! Can we put this on the calender for a club run in the fall?

Does anyone have a GPS track on the run?

Did everyone give there s*** to Alvin to carry?

Only concern I have about a large group is the narrow road. Most of the trail is very narrow with little to no bailout points if we run into some one coming the other way. Could be a big traffic jam.

Other than that, a club run of around 12 rigs would be cool.

Phil, my neighbor, the guy standing next to me above(he rode shotgun with Zoe and I and took most of the pics in my link) tracked the whole thing on his little computer. I'll get it from him.

Like this one?;) Timed that right, must have been those 4 Disco's we saw camped under the cliff. Would have been a bummer to run into them while they were messin' around with the winches.

Jebus!, Winches, flats, banging sheet metal. It was a rough trail, but not that bad. Sounds like they had fun though. They ran it the opposite way we did.

don't forget the rovers randomly trying to throw themselves off shelf roads. i don't remember anything that narrow.
