Appreciate you. Hopefully 3 cans will be sufficient.You can thoroughly flush, but you'll need to keep the system topped with clean fluid as you do it. So a "flush" in the sense that you empty the system, then fill up with new fluid, is not advisable. But just as with brakes, if you can suction some old fluid out of the reservoir and replace with new fluid, it will reduce the amount of old fluid you need to bleed out.
The grinding is to reduce the chamfer on the end of sockets that have a rounded lip. That allows the socket to fit a little deeperI. I found the 13/16 socket to be a nice snug fit. You should be able to tap it on with a hammer. It does not sound like you need to grind it.Appreciate you. Hopefully 3 cans will be sufficient.
And I'm having trouble with the socket situation for the globes. 21mm and 13/16mm are too tight. 22mm has a slight amount of give. Whats this grounding down business? Sorry I just don't want a nightmare on my hands after I start.
