If pump can’t be repaired then a brand new pump can be purchased.
I thought it was thousands of USD. < $800 isn’t bad.

With the amount of time and money you're spending to remedy this, you should definitely stick with Toyota fluid - this time from the metal 2.5L cans.good find. I found one on Partsouq as well and have used them with great success but this is a little cheaper. That plan C maybe...
My rig has 200,000 miles on it of canadian winters and salt... lots of corrosion. I worry I'm one pinhole away from an effed system anyway so wonder about the economy of a new pump vs delete.... I love the AHC though.... love it... I'm optimistic I can get this going.... I'm a little worried as the pump gears weren't carefully marked but it spins smooth on reassembly.....
Does anyone know if the HP pressure line is standard brakeline flares? Mine needed to be agressively handled and bent to get it out and i'm worried I'll need to repair and or replace that line. My eyes tell me it looks pretty similar so if push came to shove I'd cut/flare/union/and connect the pump to that union.
I wonder if some other fluid would work in this application to get out of the toyota stuff.... deere hydraulic fluid maybe... need something high end just not full of goo....
I've only seen the 2.5L cans over my past 15 years of AHC maintenance in Calgary...where in the great white north are you? Hope the repair goes well!I've never seen the larger cans in canada but will maybe try and call around... either way I'm opening these one and taking a close look before introducing it to the cleaned tank and pump....

Lexus of Calgary has them.Where in Calgary were the 2.5l cans. I'm in that neighborhood for sure... out towards drum but into the city twice a week usually.

Sucks that we are still running into the bad fluid situations. Feel like Toyota really doinked that situaton.Ok just to update:
I ended up filtering all my fluid. 1 bottle of 4 was chunky the rest seemed ok.
New pump arrived from partsouq. 1000USD or so for the assembly
Bench bled the pump.... added a little fluid and bumped it with battery until fluid squirted out
Installed pump... went in pretty easy
Tied in the pressure line.... was glad I didn't damage much as I had to beat it up a fair bit
Started truck.... wow is this pump alot quieter. Ran the pump and let it charge the system. Took about 3-4 fills from min to max before truck levelled up
cycled a few times.... all is well
Any plans for the old pump? I wonder if it can be salvaged or repaired. I haven't ripped into the LX570 AHC system as much as the LX470 that I previously had, so I'm curious about getting into the guts of the system.Ok just to update:

Ebay listings are about $150 cheaper than Partsouq/Megazip with some offering free shipping.
Is anyone concerned about the provenance of the Ebay parts? Are they genuine?
I purchased mine from eBay seller JDMPLANET. They are OEM.
So what's going on with the Toyota-Lexus AHC fluid?
Part numbers :
08886-01805 & 08886-81221
both show on lexuspartsnow & toyotapartsdeal as discontinued. The dealerships that have this product in stock, want $75.00 for a 2.5L can.
Thanks! I was able to snatch up 2, 2.5L cans from the dealership today. Hopefully that will be enough to refill & bleed the system after I get this new line installed. You want the 2.5L can. There was a run of bad fluid that impacted the small bottles. A couple of people here where effected by it and ruined their pumps.
