Ordered my water/meth parts. I already have the 5-6 gallon system that I fill with windshield washer fluid and use as my windshield washer reservoir as well as my A/W intercooler tank. There really isn't a huge need for the water to meth injection and this is not for more power it is just a safe guard and to keep everything clean.

I really wanted to check it out on this truck and it will be an added benefit in the crazy 110+ degree temps that can be seen in southern Texas.
I am going to drill and weld in an AN6 fitting to the top half of my A/W reservoir, that gives me 2.5-3 gallons for the water/meth injection while leaving 2.5-3 gallons for the A/W intercooler which I don't want to ever run dry. I am sizing the system quite small so I would expect it to last a long time.
I was looking at the Haltech P2000 and the triggers for water injection are going to be RPM, boost pressure and IAT. I am going to start with 2500rpms, 7psi of boost and IAT's over maybe 115 degrees F. All 3 conditions need to be met to trigger the pump, I will adjust after I see how the system lasts.
I did not want to order one of the kits, because you really get bent over on some of the cheap parts.
I sourced a made in the USA pump, that is set for 220psi
Going to start with a 160cc/ml per minute nozzle mounted post intercooler about 12" from the IAT sensor and 16" from the TB.
Pump will be wired up to a weather pack relay that is trigger by the Haltech like I said based on the conditions of RPM, Boost and IAT
Using a simple one way check valve to prevent any leaks when not triggered
plumbed with Earls Prolite 350 hose and AN6 fittings.
