3 speed. 4 speed has three arches across the leading edge.

I am potentially interested in this plate for the Karma Cruiser, but I have to check the rig first to see that I don’t already have one. Will let you know tomorrow.

I was supposed to be in Ramona yesterday, but plans didn’t pan out. May try again in early November.
