The regions that had the lowest prices before still have the lowest prices. So what? Unless someone is going to drive hundreds of miles to save a few bucks it's as meaningless as comparing the price of a beer.
Beer here is $2 a bottle at the local brewery.
That's too cheap. It must be Rot Gut.
Of course not, it's award winning craft beer; brewery shareholders get a discount price.
We know what they say about people who make unfounded assumptions about subjects they have no knowledge of.
..which leaves us wondering if snow white cares that much about the other dwarves.

Currently filling up in Blaine, WA for an amazing 0.85 cents a L.... 2.55 a gallon.... saving about 30-37$ per fill-up compared to local prices 
2.69 on Friday. Check out gas buddy . com for prices around you
$2.45 a gallon in Fort Mill, SC yesterday ....
We are still in the $2.60 - $2.70 range in Southern Georgia.
within a 10 mile radius prices here vary by a dollar. 2.69 - 3.69 (same brand).
