Spent Tues morning catching up on work, with plans to get out and wheel in the afternoon...plans changed while I'm chatting with Chris Davis and hear a distress call over the ham radio from Mike 'treeroot' Davidson...Mike and Gary were headed to the trailhead when Mike broke a short-side rear axle...

yes, headed TO the trailhead...it broke on the ROAD!!

this isn't good...

and a shot off the back of my trailer of a few guys playing on the rocks near camp...one of the BIG advantages to being at BFE is there are trails immediately outside camp...for ALL levels...

More pics !!!!

You guys that take the time and spend the money to go to Moab are obligated to take pictures and post them here for enjoyment by lackeys like me, who are sitting at home!

:D

Edit: I musta posted as woody was posting. I like the trails right outside of camp! Very cool!

Great pics...mine's still getting put back together at Moab 4x4 after my carnage on Pritchett. I wish I had time to ride with you guys, but it's looking like I'll just get down there to BFE this evening to pick up the rest of the parts from Slee I need to complete the rebuild of the front end.

Chris

WoW!!!!!!! Bump for the local guy! I have seen this rig around Bentonville. Love the white top!

Looks like a great spot to wheel and camp. Maybe someone can box up all that cottonwood crap and spread it around BFE while you are sleeping so it can feel like it has in the past...

good to see that Treeroot is off to a good start :grinpimp:

here's one I took of his rig last year at Cruise Moab:

good day out with the Homegrown crew today...my rig took a short nap, Ben had some wiring oddities (Slee mechanics...pffft), but all in all a great afternoon of wheeling...

here are a few select images...

Keep sending those great pictures!!!!

Last year Travis351 raised the bar for the 100 guys by running some tough trails (and drving home) with an open front diff and dam near stock 100...so who is going to be this year?

Thanks for starting the Moab 100 thread:clap:

Thanks Phil! Here are a few photos of Zane's hundo on Poison Spider. His buddy Chris let me drive his 4th gen 4Runner today. It floated like a butterfly and stung like a bee. Light and nimble with those coilovers. It would be great if we had a coil conversion to replace our quick to unload torsion bars.

Well 2 years in a row. Last year he broke a shackle mount on fins and things.

Wow...first post...how did you find this thread? Here are a few more from today. As you can see, we play well with others.

I have been drooling over Cruisers for many years and found the thread by looking for ideas and crusier porn.

Wind ? I hope everyones camp is OK. The wind here last night was amazing gusting to 40+ mph, Moab was slated to get gusts to high 50 mph.
We need more pics ! Hoping to make it out Friday to hang out.

prove it. :flipoff2:

!@#$!@#$

;)

Kula has 'stalled' our Pritchett run today...weather is clearing, and neither of us wanted to run windshieldless rigs into town...should be some good pics tonite tho!
