No lock BUT with a second momentary switch it could easily be added. Also the switch I provided has the option to be backlit. I couldn't think of a scenario in which I wanted it lit but perhaps some will?

Absolutely, I've got some parts gathering going on. Some of these parts are going to come from Japan so it will be a couple weeks. Once I have shipping confirmation on X number of switches I'll kick off the planning.
