My LC100 started running oddly. After taking it to a friend to have it looked at we arrived at the conclusion that one cylinder was not firing. I Took it to the dealer to have the conputer read, but there where no codes (In Iceland the older LC100 models have the ODBI not the ODBII) so I proceeded to remove all the Ingition coils one by one and checking the resistance on them. Most registered just under 23 ohms. So I proceeded to replace each one (One by one) with a used coil I got from a breaker yard. I finally stumbled on the Coil that was not firing any more and the engine runs fine now. The bad coil registered 21.9 ohms. I have been unable to find any information online on the resistance for these coils. Does any one here know how til tell a good one from the bad one by measuring the resistance of the coil.
Anyway I found the Denso coils on amazon for a reasonable price, and I plan to replace all the coils with new ones.

I have the same problem with my Swedish sold LC100, V8, 1999. These models have not the OBDII, so you can't check the codes...
Any suggestions how to check which ignition coil is broken? I know you can pull every coil while the engine is running, but on the passenger side there is an intake box in the way... Can I start the car with the intake box and hoses off?

If I have to remove the intake box and pull every coil out, does anyone knows the resistance for these coils?

You can not measure the resistance of the coil directly as there is a small electronic circuit in the coil pack. If you have a scope it is pretty easy to do. Measure the clamp of the shared ground signal (black/white signal) of all coils and then look at the one that is missing.

Here is a great video that explains the 4-wire Toyota coils (identical to the LC):
