I'm using Agency 6 grab handles as the attachment point. You can see the red grab handles in the other pictures. I also use Rollercam 12' carabiner straps to attach everything. Hope this helps.nonamex, what are you using as the attachment point to secure the back end of the awning without interfering with the liftgate?
Yes, takeoffs from a GX550 OT.That looks great. What tire size? Those 275/70/18?
Got the Westcott Designs Preload Collar lift installed Friday. Had it on for less than 24 hours. Went back to 88 Rotors Saturday afternoon to have it removed and went with OME MT64 (I couldn't stand how the Wescott kit made the GX drive). Left 88 Rotors and straight to the alignment shop. The MT64 kit is supple, controlled and smooth on road. Big improvement over stock with AVS.

There was nothing I liked, and compared to stock I actually hated it. Wescott and many who have installed their kit claim it maintains factory ride quality, geometry, AVS etc. and I can tell you it's not even close, didn't even feel like the same vehicle anymore. Maybe geometry and AVS (doubt it), but it didn't matter because in any drive mode the truck never felt composed. A small speed bump or unevenness in the road would send jitters and vibrations as well as noises from the stock suspension fighting for it's life into the cabin. Make a turn on uneven pavement and the suspension wouldn't know what to do. Drove less than 75 miles on the kit before I returned it. To be fair I did put lt275/70/r18 KO3's on the stock wheels right after the Westcott lift, but that was only a fraction of the problem.Well please elaborate. What exactly didn't you like about it?

I think this looks pretty BADASS!Long time lurker of these forums, I figured I'd contribute. I had these wheels leftover from my GX460/4Runner and didn't have the heart to cut them loose quite yet. I decided to bolt them up to my LCLC with the factory tires for the time being until I decide to lift and go with a larger wheel/tire combo. The poke is a bit aggressive but it does not rub.
