Always enjoy watching that movie. The FJ40 doesn't hurt. In my small collect I have one made the same year. Last time mine was driven was around the time this film was made.

Pretty epic photo of a 76 -- a government rig. Almost as interesting as the Land Cruiser is the foreground of private mercenaries being arrested by Venezuelan authorities in a spectacularly failed attempt last week to abduct President Maduro.

In the final episode of Westworld Season 3 "Crisis Theory" there's a blue 40 series in the background behind the gas station. It's visible briefly a couple of times. I didn't get a screen shot.

In the SyFy Cult Classic that was so bad that they made four sequels an Land Cruiser was the main character's ride in the original. Anyone remember the nice gray FJ62 in Sharknado? Probably the only good thing in the movie.

Just wached Michael Palins "Pole to Pole" travel series. Episodes 4 and 5 have several FJ60/62 and some variant of the 70 series, as well as a Patrol and what looked like some Land Rovers. Driving across Africa.
