What are the traffic rules? Is it one way?

Pretty sure Black Bear is a one way trail, when we were coming down Imogene there were rigs coming up the other way also, so not sure on that one. @BTUMAN will have the answer to this...

I can't remember his MUD name, maybe someone will remember and chime in. If memory serves those tires are 285/75 R17's with an ICON lift!?!?
