Knuckle kit.

Aloha all!
I found a knuckle rebuild kit offered by Cruiser Outfitters/Cruiser Tech for my 93. I ordered last week and it’s on back order. Today they told me it could be another 1-2 more weeks (no ETA). Once they arrive in their warehouse they still have to ship out to Hawaii.

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANYWHERE THEY WILL HAVE THIS IN STOCK? Or is my only best option to order straight from Japan?

Any help will be greatly appreciated

I sell oem swivel kits and front axle kits, but not as a complete kit. I have some trunion bearings too but not on the site yet.

FYI: costs from Japan after shipping and imports fees may only say your a few dollars. And you will get zero support if there is an issue.

Unsolicited advice from experience: @orangefj45 offers top customer service. If you are planning to be in the game for the long haul, developing a relationship with the likes of Terrain Tamer, Valley Hybrids and Cruiser Outfitters is absolutely worth it.

Speaking from 20 yrs experience across 9 Land Cruisers.

Moved this to the 80 section since OP wanted it to be broad.

@jclark This is a general statement so take it FWIW. While you certainly are entitled doing business with whomever you choose, do know there are other vendors and sellers that specialize on these vehicles that provide great products and customer service as well. And on the flip side, there are vendors who are not as good they actually are- a lot of these folks have gone by the wayside as us long timers have seen.

TLDR PSA- do your research and go with whomever you feel comfortable with.

Valley Hybrids also sells a ton of parts but currently has the website disabled. That means you have to call or email in order to get parts, but the shops drives to make sure that you get the right parts so you would rather have a conversation to make sure you get everything you need.

Looks like the site ran out of the 80 knuckle kits mid last week. We should have plenty of the FA9097’s in stock (like 100+), we just need to get them assembled and inventory back on the CruiserTeq.com site. I’m currently traveling but I’ll see if the team has them on their agenda for today. If so, we’d be back to shipping them later today. If you’ve got one on back-order, you should get tracking info soon.

Edit: they beat me to it. 50 more are on the site and orders from late last week have already shipped or will go today.
