Perhaps better for another thread but I'd also like a plan a family friendly weekend camping/overlanding/perhaps lite-wheeling weekend for sometime in the Spring.

I have been doing some exploring in and around this area. There are some good trails in and around there. Good for a "trail Ride". Nice scenery, places to stop and BBQ or fish and camp. Strongs Mountain Road out of Treaster Valley is a good alternative route to get on top of the Mountain. That will dump out at Poe Valley Park. Also close to Poe Paddy and the tunnel. The ice is bad right now and everything is packed down. I'll try to get back up there when the weather starts to break!

Well, a few people not gonna make it, and the weatherman is calling for 3-6 inches of snowfall tomorrow here in the Rausch area. I have to be out of the park Saturday by about 1:30 or so for a family event. Wanna re-schedule for the following Saturday? Just a thought. Post up! Gary
