That actually happened to me - was trying to hold on to the vertical wall then made the mistake of not maintaining quite enough momentum, so front passenger tire slid down. Mirror was inches from the wall - thought I was done for (all those disaster videos were flashing in my head) but I believe that being so planted in the rear gave me enough leverage to force the wheel back up. After that it was like magic - everything fell into place and was easy.

Going down was pretty hairy - some of the steepest inclines I've ever done! Took me 10 minutes to decide to go for it lol
