It is so dead here lately! I would have never posted this otherwise. Today I ripped off the rest of the roof rack and spent the next 3 hrs. or so prepping and durabaking the areas where the roof rack used to be. It is by no means a perfect job and was kinda a spontaneous event. I left the nutserts in and metal taped over the holes and then slapped a few coats on top of them. I figured that if I am moving to Atlanta soon, where it rains and rains a lot at times, I wanted to get that rack off and the hole plugged to save my cruiser from the dreaded rust bug. No pics neccessary (Just look at Mo's or Brents and picture it on a black roof). By the way that black roof gets friggin' HOT in the sunlight. Damn you white 80's.

btw...what is everyone's fav. hand cleaner? I was lazy and did not get any latex gloves to wear and my hands have changded their race (which is a fine race, just looks funny having two). The GoJO orange had no chance and is now empty and in the trash.

You should be fine the way you pluged them Smit. I dropped in some little allen head screwserts or something like that, then did exactly what you did.

Hmm...black on black. Personally I think you should do what Dan is doing by repainting, but choose WHITE for the truck.

You could have always ordered white durabak to make your black truck look like a zebra! hehehe

Moving to Hotlanta?

Yea, obviously priorities change when the family grows. Candice and I are not 100% satisfie with the restaurant also. I am looking into other opportunities with Chick-fil-A and also in other fields (Financial Planning, Pharm. Sales, selling crack, etc.) I gotta support the crusier habit you know. The wheeling there will be totally different (I assume not as fun as out here). I am going to have to fly back for some wheelin' and SnT some times.

Prob. will be here through August at least.

Yea I would love to run John Bull / Holcomb before I leave. I will more than likely be a bachelor all of August so I will have a lot of free time I hope. UM, mine never had a factory roof rack!

But I did get ripped off and bought a rusty Yakima rack off of ebay a year ago. Oh well it will work good enough for the snow boards 2-3 times a year. I hope! I didn't get to the slopes this past winter.
