It’s probably the ceramic of the plug body. If it even has a hairline crack it will be a problem. I took back a few of them when I managed an Autoparts store.

Got a long way to go but some decent progress today on harness measurements. I think it will be a complete game changer to be able to tune the ECU For the 5 speed and ditch the MAF.
