Looking really good, Ben!

What are you thinking to use as Locked/Unlocked indicator lights?

Keep up the good work,

-Alberto

Thanks Alberto!

I'm thinking just some bulbous looking LEDs right above the switch. I'm open to thoughts and ideas at the moment too. :D

Putting her up for sale. :( Looking to get in a house and then get a bigger 70 series like a 77 or a Troopy--something that can fit my family of six cause my kids are all always wanting to ride in "dadd'y's truck" and we can't all fit....

Anyway, I've got a few other things that have been finished and are getting finished up now. I'll wrap up the thread once I finish them up.

If you or anyone you know is interested, lemme know!

Yeah man. I know! My wife had two already when I met her and we've had two together. It's rough sometimes, but absolutely awesome all the rest of the time. And the step kids are old enough to help out around the house and yard now. :). I just hope I'm not too crappy of a parent and they all turn out ok.... LOL

Had a rock or something jump up and crack one of my factory JDM headlights a couple weeks ago so figured it was a great time to finally put in some nice new headlights. Picked up some nice IPFs from Cruiser Outfitters and threw them in. They didn't have any 24v bulbs at the moment so I had to get them elsewhere. Found some decent 70/75w ones from elightbulbs.com for like $6 each that had good reviews. Figured was worth a shot to test them out. The whole setup is much improved over the stock, old JDM sealed beam. I'm very happy with it.

I also picked up some 7" round rock guards on eBay. Sure they might not protect the lights from everything, but for me, I figured there's at least a chance the next rock hits the guard instead of the light.

Well, she was fun while it lasted....but she's now officially bought and paid for by a new owner. I'm gonna miss this rig, but I'm super stoked she's going to one of the best homes one could have hoped for. New owner is a good friend, Utah local, and a frequent mudder -- so I'll at least be able to keep my eye on this gal for years to come. ;) Anyway, I'll let them introduce themsleves and their new gal when theyre good and ready. Gonna def miss driving this rig. Sayonara, old gal.

... peaks head around corner...

"Jenny" is now in my stable. I had always love the rig and how theferg set it up. We handled the original sale, helped theferg with a bunch of the parts and install and I was able to spend a bunch of time on the trail with him and the lovely rig. I knew it was a killer rig. His needs were changing (building a new 4x4 ) and I was seriously missing a BJ74. Jenny has found a home :D

So, I'm compiling a list of wants and needs for Jenny and plan to get started on them as time allows (ha :(). This begs the question, continue updates here or start a new build thread?

I don't care either way if you continue this one or not... but if it were me, I'd do a new thread with a link back to this one.

With your blessing sir :D
