I'd appreciate a photo of how the main gear is installed. Going to start assembling mine in the next couple of weeks, and I neglected to take a pic of it. Or at least a decent pic of it when I tore it down.

On page 5 of this thread in post #95 is where I started the assembly. Careful attention to the photos there should show orientation and such of the gears etc.

Figured I'd post the zirks I used. I used 6mm x 1.0 zerks with a 14mm shank. Froms Zerksplus on ebay. I ran them through a cheap die. You will see in the photo they streched some. Guessing a proper die would have done a better job. They have an inner spring that pushes the ball bearing or "bb" up. If you try to shorten the shank tip, you will cut the inner spring and have no bb to keep the grease under pressure. I also added a flat washer.
