I don't know what is the most impressive point about this build...it may be the finish from a spray can!

The majority of the paint is not rattle can. It's Rustoleum that's thinned down and sprayed through LPHV gun. Little pieces are rattle can though.
Glad you like it.
Rustoleum… I’m impressed. I’ve always had a preference for paint that can be touched up with a rattle can. I believe these trucks were built to be driven on the road/trail/path less travelled. Backcountry pinstripes come with the territory, and scratches will happen.

Got a few more electrical items working as they should. Vader light is now fully operational.
The brake lights are not working. Pretty sure I just have a couple leads swapped at the turn signal connections......I hate the early turn signal switch situation.

Went for a dusk cruise despite no brake lights. I have hazards and stayed on side streets. So far so good. Just the usual new stuff smells. Speedometer is within a mile or 2 per hour verses my phone. Tracks straight. Old steering box is loose though. No weird vibes or sounds. Had it up to about 45 mph.

Why is your press upside down?

A few small victories today. Reverse and license plate light are now working. I rigged up a temporary air cleaner situation until I come up with something better.

Brakes lights still not cooperating. I am planning on an "on road" shakedown run tomorrow morning with a friend. He will follow me, so no brake lights won't be an issue.
