The biggest thing right now, is trying to set up this new rear differential. Having some trouble getting a good contact pattern on the gears.
Watch some vids. Matt at mattsoffroadrecovery does it. Some other guys that were on his channel trailmater and Colt.

Thanks, it's a work in progress. Had it about 12 or 15 years now. Engine was stuck hadn't run in years, three on the tree and stock suspension. Made quite a few changes over the years. The pics are where it sat the day I bought it.

Yes it is, 4 inch.
You've come to the right place. You need the traditional Mud welcome though.
