Intermittent wiper issue. (1 Viewer)

This is on the 3rd gen. I am not coming up with much with a search or the FSM, both steered me to replace the multi-function
switch (which I did). Anyone know if there is a separate relay involved that isn't on the switch itself?

Symptoms; Turn to INT, = Low speed
Turn to Low = Low
High = High
Nutshell, no intermittent.

I had similar problems in the RX - the wiper blades had gotten stiff
