Just had my LC ceramic coated, driving down the road showing my daughter how the vented windows open and the piece of aluminum trim popped off of the drivers side into traffic and was subsequently destroyed by passing cars! Anybody have one of these trim pieces?

Are you referring to the strip on the leading edge of the window? I believe that is plastic and just glued on.
