Impex is LEGIT 4 new AHC globes. Door To Door from Japan, less than 2 weeks

I'm going for the globes via impex. I expect it will take well into next week before they piece together the shipment at the JP warehouse and probably a month before I receive the globes. Assuming 50% tariff and $200 shipping it's less than a single AHC globe from the US dealers. I'm hoping to get hit with 15% tariff and only $133 shipping (based on 45 cm x 38 cm x 21 cm box at 11.1 Kg).

I'll update on how the tariffs and shipping go for me.
Good luck! I did end up ordering from Impex as well. I'll update here when I take delivery.

Hey guys. What am I doing wrong when attempting to input the part number for globes into impex? I’m using part number 49141-60010 and 49151-60010 but parts are not found.

Got my gloves in awhile back. Ordered 2 new wheel hub assemblies for my 100 from Impex. Declared the value at $100 and only had to pay $26 in tariffs.

I still came out cheaper, ordering two hubs, and paying shipping then I would have for the price of one hub from online parts at a dealership.

What shipper did you use? DHL?

Hoping for a late 2025 early 2026 update - anyone that has ordered globes from impex.. what was the total with shipping and tariffs? Thanks in advance.

Do you mind sharing the total (did you order 4 globes?) with shipping and tariffs? Thanks
About $575 total for 4 globes. That includes around $120 shipping and $28 tariff. You declare the value of the product for the tariff calculation.

I just ordered globes from Impex and paid the initial $125 shipping fee for DHL - Didnt find this thread till after I paid the shipping so we'll see what the extra tariff/fees end up being on top of the $125 paid. Also ordered a replacement rear wiper for my LX thinking "oh its only $20-ish bucks, why not throw it in with the order". Probably set myself up for higher shipping fees becuase of how long the wiper arm is, but oh well. My LX needs new globes and replacement ones from a US dealer would still have been another $300 extra on top of what Im likely going to pay.

Like I said, I caught this thread too late and declared full value on the globes when paying for shipping not really understanding the implications - we'll see how it goes!

Update for anyone interested - DHL just pinged me to make payment for import duties on my package from Impex - Was $85.42 for a package with a declared value of $453.66 (roughly 19% import duty)

All things considered - Parts were $453.66 in JPY, equated to $459.50 USD after credit card exchange rate - Shipping was $125 in JPY, equated to $131.51 USD after credit card exchange rate - Import duties were $85.42 (assuming no exchange rate increase for this since transaction was thru DHL?)

Total $676.43 for 2 front & 2 rear globes + a rear wiper arm - YMMV

I can’t delete this reply, I didn’t mean to directly reply to KDawg. For those of you who’ve added a small additional item to your globe order; can it be shipped in the same 45x38x21cm box? I need a rear suspension link weighing 0.293kg, I feel that If I enter the total weight as 11.5kg it should more then cover the additional piece of I can in fact include it in a box of those dimensions? Thanks.
