Impex is LEGIT 4 new AHC globes. Door To Door from Japan, less than 2 weeks

Is there a special way of searching for the globes on the impex site? I plug in the part number in the search bar and always get a no parts found. I have to be doing something wrong.

Also, regarding tariffs. A redditor and I'm sure he's on here as well ordered globes recently and did his own declared value of $25 for these and ended up paying a small amount $21.94 in tariffs. not sure if this will work 100% of the time but something to keep in mind.

Thats so odd. I’ve tried in my desktop and on my mobile. Each time i get a no item found

It popped right up for me… but I am signed in to Impex.

In the past, I have found that if I search on the Impex site without being signed in, no item is found.

Make sure you’re signed in and then give it a try.

It’s funny that the same part # for these globes for the Lexus is $20 more than the Toyota

We have a partner in Japan and they use our warehouse in the US to sell OEM Toyota, Honda, Mazda, etc parts.

If you guys have parts you want we can have them ship to us and we fulfil from our US warehouse, fast shipping without any unexpected fees. Send me some part numbers and I can check on what pricing would be.

Light years better in the first 4 and current 4 than the middle 4 years. Prove me wrong!
How about prove yourself right? I run a small construction company. Those middle four years were fantastic, everything was booming. The first four ended with material costs basically doubling across the board, permanently. The current four have barely begun and things are already slowing down due to uncertainty and rising prices.

Not bad. I paid $27 in import duties for an order total of $54.

To all,

In this climate of import duties, Is there any consensus on which international delivery carrier has the least amount of added fees?

I seem to remember reading on this forum that one of the delivery carriers was charging a brokerage fee for every line item of ordered materials.

Just taking a survey for my own informed decision making abilities… which international delivery carrier to avoid. Who did you use? And how much were the fees?

DHL seems to have the process down the best. But they do charge $17.00 per package for "processing"

Fedex has been a shotshow as has UPS.

Is Impex still the way to go for AHC globes? I have 4 in my cart and about to pull the trigger.
I'm going for the globes via impex. I expect it will take well into next week before they piece together the shipment at the JP warehouse and probably a month before I receive the globes. Assuming 50% tariff and $200 shipping it's less than a single AHC globe from the US dealers. I'm hoping to get hit with 15% tariff and only $133 shipping (based on 45 cm x 38 cm x 21 cm box at 11.1 Kg).

I'll update on how the tariffs and shipping go for me.
