Are AC amplifiers and glow plug relays so visually similar that you can't tell by looking which it might be?

This shows the electrical connectors which are clearly for an AC amplifier. Glow controllers do not have a separate power terminal as the power switching is done by relays (usually) in the engine compartment.
Within this example: yes.
In general, I don't...but it definitely gives some scary-smart moments.
Now, what's scary is that I used the images from the linked thread in a new GPT prompt, and this time it came back with "likely an AC amplifier, as indicated by the power terminals."
So, I guess it really is easy to tell just by looking, as long as you're looking at it in situ, or you have the remainder of the visual information that you need.

there is a glow plug timer but couldn't find any pictures of it. also the wires coming off of this has one set of wires that are terminated/taped off instead of ending in a plug, so it is one plug short for plugging into the AC box under the dash.
