My dad was original owner. Bought new in 1974. I got it when he died. Hunting and wheeling rig. Transmission & transfer case getting rebuilt as we speak. Will be back on the road soon. I hope.

#824 I've got a 1978 FJ40. It runs great and I've been to Cruise Moab in 2003 and the Black Hills Cruiser Classic twice. It had been sitting since we moved in 2005, but I got it out a few weeks ago and it started right up. I ran China Wall near Tarryall, Colorado. Yeah, I'll try to add pictures soon.

GETTING READY TO TAKE THE PLUNGE AND FIX ALL THE RUST.

BUT FIRST I HAVE TO GO INTO SURGERY THEY ARE TAKING OUT ONE KIDNEY AND LUNG. ILL POST THEM FOR SALE HERE IN CLASSIFIEDS AND CRAIGSLIST AND OF COURSE E-BAY. THIS WILL HELP FINANCE THIS ENDEAVOR.

#825 almost DD Status. Hoping this will be my last FJ40. Working through some of the bugs. It's a 1974 in Utah which is fitting since the first FJ I bought 18 years ago was a 74'. I've had over a dozen since.
