Hi all,

Looking to do a little PM and clean my TB in the coming weeks. Planning to replace the hoses as well. I found the gasket and IAC o-ring but I can't for the life of me find all the necessary hose PN. Does anybody know them?

1.5 seconds of searching on the internet thing provides you with the answers you need.

Dammit. Onur beat me.

Which engine? I presume 1FZ? Are you talking the two coolant hoses, or the PCV/ventiltion hoses or what?

For 1FZ Engine:

Ventilation Hose No. 2 12262-66021, needs 2 clips 90467-20002
Ventilation Hose (PCV) 12261-66021, needs 2 clips 90467-14001

Coolant:
Water By-Pass No. 2 16264-66021, needs 2 clamps 96135-51300 (this is the short coolant hose that goes into the TB from the small pipe that wraps around the front of the engine)
Water By-Pass No. 1 16261-66040, needs 2 clamps 96135-51300 (this is the longer coolant hose that drops down through the lower intake and connects to the nipple on the cylinder head)

1FZE. Thank you! Exactly what I was looking for.
Have your VIN handy and go to partsouq.com. Enter your VIN and search away.

Just about every diagram for your rig and all part numbers are at your fingertips.

You've spent your one "Which part number?" post.

If you're removing the Throttle body from the intake you'll also need ~ a 5" section of fuel hose (cut to fit). Also replace the 3.5mm vacuum hoses that run from the TB to the EGR components as well as a few others on the intake manifold.

Search terms in this forum "Throttle Body fuel (vapor) hose" and "3.5mm vacuum hose"

When cleaning the TB be sure to clean the small vacuum ports that are located on the top (where the vacuum hoses connect) that
open up inside the bore of the TB.

While the TB is off is a good time to do a few other items:
Valve cover gasket
Valve cover spark plug tube seals
Reseal "half moons" at the front of the head

If the heat control valve is original also a good time to replace that while the valve cover is off along with all the other heater hoses in that area
including the PHH if that hasn't been replaced. Use OEM/Toyota or Gates GreenStripe bulk hose cut to fit. Front heater system is ~5/8" ID, rear heater system
is 1/2" ID.

Ditto: good time to check the main engine harness where it passes over the hot EGR pipe, be sure it isn't drooping down then
consider wrapping the harness in that area with something like TESA tape followed by a split aluminum/fiberglass heat sleeve.
If it has drooped and is touching the EGR pipe might be worth the effort to cut open the factory wrapping to inspect the wires inside.
Either way IME it helps to be gentle with that harness as it's been cooking for 30 years.

While the three cables (Throttle, Accelerator, Cruise) are disconnected from the TB is a good time to use sections
of 3M dual wall heat shrink tubing applied over the bad rubber (if it's deteriorated)

Good stuff, thank you. Luckily, I had my mechanic replace the heater hoses, so I’m good there. The other stuff I’ll add to the list.

At the risk of being redundant, replacing heater hoses is a good idea. Replacing a heater valve that has turned shades of brown saves a head gasket... Pesky Heater Hose is always worth a look.

Ditto: "I had my mechanic replace the heater hoses", does not mean he replaced them all and/or did it correctly.

We've all learned it's a roll of the dice whenever you take an 80 Series (or any Land Cruiser) to a mechanic who is not familiar with these models
which is why most of us do our own work whenever possible.

Not to harp on it too much, but your average mechanic/shop will not have any Toyota/Land Cruiser specific parts on hand, including hoses, hose clamps,
etc, etc. so what they will do in the interest of time/efficiency/cost is to use generic parts from a local parts store unless you specify OEM Toyota parts, provide the part numbers, etc. In general/IME the only exceptions are reputable shops that focus on Land Cruiser service/repairs.

FWIW

Understood, it was at CruiserTeq in SoCal, which focuses specifically on Land Cruisers.

You are well served to be near an outfit like that. Ours went to a kid in Denver last July and it made us all comfortable because there are many Cruiser competent shops nearby. Ironically her neighbor’s father owns one of them.

@Kernal getting some conflicting info on the throttle body fuel hose...Some forum members mention following PN 95337-06020. However checking fitment on toyota parts deal.com says does not fit and recommends 77213-60090. Further, Partsouq says 95331-06012 but when clicking nothing comes up...So question is which one do you find fits? 1994 1FZE

You can go to Partsouq, type in your VIN then search the system you're working on to find part numbers for your model/year.

Read through the links/photos/threads posted above, lots of good information posted by OGBeno and others.

I'm not a parts expert (@OGBeno is) so IDK why 95337-06020 doesn't show up for the 94 FZJ80 except maybe because Toyota eliminated multiple part numbers that could be subsituted with just one part number that's a cut-to-fit fuel vapor hose in this location?? (see diagram).

It's the fatter hose (Length=120mm or 4.7") that runs from the top front of the Throttle body to a pipe. So if the diagram below looks like what you're working on 95337-06020 should work, just cut the length the same as the original hose

Yepp, I typed in my vin to partsouq, and it came out with the following part number: 95331-06012. Nonetheless, I’ll grab this and give it a shot. Thank you.

One diagram on Partsouq had that same Fuel vapor hose as a different # (95333-06020 instead of 95337-06020 , see above).
IDK if that was a part # change or a typo but IME
95337-06020 is the correct type and size (ID) hose for that location, just cut to fit.
