Chicago folks, if u are going straight to summers be careful. On 26 just before you get to 55 there is a big board with large nails sticking straight up - at least there was yesterday.

Has anyone tried the I-57 route to the campground from the Google maps route? Google says its a mile longer than going over to 394 to 41 but it is 20min faster. Thinking about trying it out unless someone already has tried it.

Put a quarter tank in the 4runner, s*** is packed, crawler charged, beer on ice (actually under), raffle prizes loaded, see you guys tonight.

Anti yammering device on backorder, and still no write-up of the install so....... Lets hope for the best!

I have packed everything (I'm sure it doesn't live up to Bill's standards) and loaded most things in the car. Waiting for him to get home and we should be heading out somewhere around 3 or 4 pm.

My sister got married last night, and I just now got up. Truck isn't even loaded, nothings packed except for raffle items, and I may still be drunk. I may pull a Steffy and only come down for the camping tonight.

Nice photos, as always, Mrs. X

I was really great to see everybody again! Hard to beat great company sitting around a campfire.

Thanks for the well wishes on my Dad. My phone died earlier in the day so I had it plugged in to charge. I'm glad it started raining cuz that is what made me climb in the truck and check the phone. My Dad is 81, never smoked or drank, always been a exercise nut. Even still rides a bike 20 miles a day. Long story short, he had 100% blockage of a major artery, didn't know it till late yesterday when he had a major heart attach. He had a triple bypass immediately and got out of surgery in South Bend just before I got there at 1:30am. We fear that he might have permanent damage to his heart. We will hopefully know at more tomorrow.

Wow Tom. I wasn't feeling well last night and hit the sack before 11:00 so I had no idea. I was the first one up this AM and noticed you were already gone. I sure hope and pray all the best for your family.
