Things are starting to move forward on parts ordering since the Black Friday sales are kicking in.

Ordered my @white-knuckleoffroad Sliders and the 4x4 Labs rear bumper. Also, placed an order with my local Toyota dealer for random parts and pieces, including a fuel pump and a fuel filter, and one more connector for the wiring harness that I missed for the alternator. Now just waiting on @cruiseroutfit to start his sale so I can get rear RCV 300M axles, Sumo transfer case 3.1:1, and 10% underdrive kit along with the front part-time kit and the steering box upgrade kit! And waiting to see if the @yotateq Gullwings and Ditchlight brackets go on sale, as well as the DBA full brake kit from Slee. Last waiting on @bajadesigns to start their sale so I can get the ditch lights and the BantamX switch system. I am sure there is something else I am missing, but I will check my list and make sure before I lose out!

Nice list! I love my @white-knuckleoffroad sliders, have the Sumo gears and the 10% underdrive & P/T kit (and tons of other stuff!) from @cruiseroutfit too. I need to weld up my rear 4x4 Labs bumper kit...I have someone waiting patiently on my Kaymar takeoff @TRDdrew

One thing that I would like to catch on sale is the Yota tech gull wings and I need to rebuild my spare steering box with the 105 kit that I have. Too many projects on the wish list! I couldn't imagine having 2 rigs to outfit!

The 1994 was fairly well outfitted for camping and basic use with a worn out lift, ARB bumper and winch, and ARB sliders and a rear tire swing out. I am building this one for off-road, and the 1991 will get most of the take off accessories coming off of this one and be our dedicated camping rig. SO there won’t be near as much to build on the 1991 as this one. I say that now, and watch, I will “ while I am in there” myself into a second expensive rig!

Black Friday deals already showing up on my door step! Holley Retro-bright headlights for the quad headlight conversion, Silass mat for sound deadening, and a transmission jack so I can do the transfer case re-gear and part-time conversion and rear main seal!

More Black Friday deals hit the front porch today! @cruiseroutfit Rear RCV 300m axles, 105 steering rebuild upgrade, 3.1:1 sumo TC crawl gears and 10% under-drive, part-time kit. Also, received the full DBA brake make over from @ slee-off-road. I have the transmission and transfer case draining their fluids, and have the rear drive shaft out. Also started putting the lower intake plenum back together with thee injectors cleaned and rebuilt by RC Engineering. @Malleus also recommended that I notch the fuel filet for easier removal later which I would have never thought of! The lift is stuck in customs hell in Cincinnati with DHL and has been for a week. I hope it gets released soon from purgatory!

Getting ready for the transmission and transfer case to come out. Removed the center console and shifter, got both front and rear drive shafts out. I think I screwed up here. I did not make the orientation of either end of the rear drive shaft before I took it out. I also got the truck up on stands, and the front differential soup is draining. All that is left is to take off the front tires and remove the starter, then get the jeack under the transfer case and remove the the crossmember, then the fun begins!

What's that alarm still doing on the floor? Rip that thing out before it hurts someone.

While I am waiting on parts to arrive, I decided to remove the interior and put down sound deadening mat and foam. Phase one is complete as of today, as I now have all the carpet out and the old mat that was stuck to the floor removed. I need to clean and wipe down everything a couple of times to make sure it is good and clean and then can start laying down the mat.

Started on removing the transmission and transfer case so I can replace the rear main seal, the motor mounts, transmission mount, and re-gear the transfer case with 3.1:1 gears!

Spent a good cold and icy day in the garage working on cleaning the upper and lower oils pans and getting them ready to put back in tomorrow. Used a seafood boiler to make my own hot tank. Also got the bottom of the block scraped and prepped for the oil pan. Also, spent way too long getting the old FIPG off the threads of all the bolts for the oil pans.

Also got the transfer case split from the transmission, and the case split open and ready to install the 3.1:1 low range gears and prep for the part time kit.

When cutting the transfer case for the new gears, I made a big mistake, and cut into the fork tube hole. But after the wisdom from slime of the best mud members and vendors, I finished cleaning everything up, got the case masked off, and got two layers of primer on everything.
