It was 105 today and the portacool was well worth it. I used the por 15 engine enamel which was a first for me. It's a little strange because you brush it on but it went on pretty nice. I have to touch up some spots in the morning but overall it's way better than when it came out. Lol

It looks great. You've pulled out all the stops and spared no expense...and it shows. Heck of a job Sir.

Is that a 211 Miller in the background, looks the same as mine?

Not sure. I'm doing everything at my brother's shop. I have a Hobart. He has a Miller Mig and a Tig as well.

Getting closer

Looking good.

Be sure and check that fan blade while you have it out. Check to see that the blades are still flexible. They get brittle with age.

Good job.

Pulled it out in one day. Removed the grill then followed the fsm instructions. Honestly it was pretty easy coming out. The most difficult part was figuring out the grill removal. I took my time and placed everything in labeled zip lock bags. I didn't get around to putting it in on Sunday. I drank 4 to many beers on Saturday night with the wife. Lol. I'll put it in the weekend after next

Finally had time today to put the engine in. Got it in. Time to button it up.

It's done. Time to enjoy it another 25 years.

Oh and for anyone intimidated by this it's really not difficult with the fsm and mud as references. Maybe a :banana::banana: and 400  job.
