I'm home, so if someone wants to shoot me pics, I can post them up.

Oh, and there is PLENTY left to do tomorrow. The drivertrain was just about to go in when I left. One rear spring was off and being cleaned. The cage is done, but not in. Seat frames were in paint, and there were about a dozen projects going on all over the room.

I emailed you a bunch last night.

Josh, is that you snoring downstairs?

I don't know. My snoring has never bothered me. Speaking of...I'm home now. I'm gonna take a nap.

Yesterday Brian and I got the MT cage completely assembled except for the grab handles, which I refuse to install any more since I had one remove the end of my left middle finger in a rollover (have gruesome pics if interested). It took the two of us about 4 hours start to finish. We were able to use the spare tub which worked great and kept us out of everyone elses way.

Other than that we provided moral support and answered misc questions as it was nice to see someone else doing all the hard work for a change.

Overall it was a Great day with Great people all pitching out for a Great cause.

O_M_G!!!

THAT is one NICE motor!

Is that a camera boom in the second pic......? (read who shot it and when/where can we see it!)

More-more-more! As soon as you're all able - we need more

pics,

video,

anything.....

The Hendog here just dropped California Rob off at the airport! I'm too tired to post any Pics and you should have flew in like Rob did if you really wanted to get the feel of the Event. I feel like I just came down off the Mountain Top. Very Spiritual in deed. Words and Pictures can not begin to described what is happening in Watkinsville ,Ga right now. Now back to the Firehouse for the evening shift to look after the Sheepole. One last thing Freedom Lovers aroung the world...As I drove home from the airport alone with my thoughts thinking about very deep things The Patriot Gaurd was headed Southbound with several Ga State Patrol Escort units running Blue lights bringing another of our boys Home. I prayed for peace with a tear once again welled up in my eye. Powerful stuff guys! Thank a Vet and pray daily for our fighting soldiers and their Families.

.
P.S. were not rebuilding a cruiser up there were Rebuilding a Family!
.

I'll also say this...

IT STARTED UP AND RAN!!!!!!!

I stayed today until I could hear the engine and it was beautiful! James Reeves made it his new ringtone.

The build is far from done, so anyone that can take some time tomorrow, there's still PLENTY to do!

Still having a great time. Still have a bunch to do tomorrow if anyone can come by to help tomorrow. Right now I only have around three of us coming out tomorrow.

Thanks to all of our spnsors. ACC worked hard and did a great job, Bobs Small Town Grill cooked awesome philly cheese steak hogies today. Toyota came through and donated $1,000 to a scholarship fund for Jackson, Josh's son. We got $300 in matching donations on the spot and the Hoosier Crusiers called today and are donating $380 to the build!

I'm about to fall asleep so it's bedtime. Hope to see some of y'all tomorrow.

just an amazingly awesome effort. I was bummed i couldn't make this one but again... Thanks to all that have made it a priority to give by any means necessary and possible.

Hope the Yeti didnt eat all your hoagies :D

Just got home and all i can say is WOW. This has been an incredable experence. Big thanks to everyone.

I just got home and still on Georgia time ! Right now all I can say is this has been one of the Greatest Builds I have had the Honor to be apart of. The Family welcomed us with open arms. Honestly for 3 days I was running on pure Adrenaline and Love. It was amazing how this all came together. I really a speechless at this point. I met and got to wrench ( and EAT ) with some of the finest Cruiser Folks I have ever met I said this before and I will say it again I would gladly give up 4 days of wrenching time for a Lifetime of Memories. I will be sleeping now for the next 18 hours !!! Good Times

Glad to see your home safe and sound Rob. I trust your warm and dry also!
