GOt it solved!!!!! So my coil was fried. I probably shorted it out when I was fixing things. This in turn fried the pertronix kit. SO for a quick fix the mechanic sourced a rebuilt dizzy with points and rewired the hack job I had put in there trying to salvage it. The thing runs great now and is behaving. I'll pick it up today around 5!!!!! CruiseMoab Here we come!

Did you drill holes through the hard top to mount?I am thinking you should sack up and drive the Cruiser to MoScab.Glad she's running well again

Didn't still holes but the previous owner did and I just reused the same bracket he left in it.

you may have already done this...but...be sure to use rubber washers to seal out the elements

Woody Sighting! So update on my ride and everything is running great! THanks again Kurt the locker did the trick. Ran Poison Spider and no real hicups. The only scary part was coming down a big decline and dad hit the brakes we almost flipped forward. Scary! The suspension rocks and is behaving really well. Aired tires down to 20 psi and it was rockin. Pics to follow.
