My new Coilovers should arrive tomorrow and my trailing arms by the 23rd. I ordered all ARP bolts last night for the diff ect and those should arrive today . I will pick up my new tires Friday.

While I don’t expect to gain anything other than it looks good I did gain what I needed and that was valuable real estate to mount my PSC resi It even lined up with factory holes . I do think the intake will go well with what Elsinore has been watching you tube how to install videos about . I think she needs to start watching cartoons again

Made a little progress tonite . I got the ps cooler mounted. And the resi mounted. Now I can work on some hoses

I received my inner axle seals and went to see if they fit and like everything custom. They don’t . After looking closer I could see and feel the face of the housing sat in about 1/8 into the tube . Like putting a square peg into a round hole . I was able to just barely fit a grinder in and clean things up

I then decided to try out my new saw and cut the axle down to the length I needed . Wow that saw cuts nice. Perfectly square I had the inspector keeping a close eye on things .

I have to look. It’s the new one So far I am very happy with it It makes amazingly clean cuts . My band saw would never cut square and would take a few min to cut a tube like this .

Which seals ? I need to replace mine, I think it was Seals It the first time around. I pack the gap between the two seal lips with bearing grease. I had to glue em in as they wanted to migrate out into the back of yoke. Are those for 1.5" shaft ?

I have 35 spline RCV. 300 m. Shafts I have not actually measured them . My axle tubes are 3.5. X 3/8 wall

I have been eyeing those Evolution cold saws. What model did you get?

I just have an old plain Jane one, so worth it, so much better than an abrasive chopsaw, if that’s what you’re comparing it to. I wish I had a nice bandsaw but at thousands compared to hundreds I’ll take it.
Make sure to get a stainless blade if you’re going to cut stainless. Cutting muffler pipe ruined a blade.

I have a matching wheel and spare. But it stays at camp In fact I have 4 spares
