If this is true, which in all honesty it stands to reason that it probably is, it is a sad sad sad day in the offroad world. I will not be surprised, but will be extremely disappointed, if this ends up being true. Almost makes me glad that I'm going to be away from the sport for a while to let the dust settle from all the repercussions of this rumor if it comes true.

Bobby hasn't been making the actual parts for a while now. RCV has done all the production on the 30 spline sets from the beginning. (the 27s I'm not sure).

You can get the same RCV 30 spline from JT diffs. There Nitro 30s are RCVs.

I have never seen a "Dirty 30" in person so I don't know if TG was already selling RCV shafts or if there were their own parts.

The chromoly hub gears were the only parts that bobby had exclusive any more.

there's a lengthy thread on pirate abut this, they actually seem to be taking it very well although there are obvious concerns. I'll bet Marlin is hating this news right now. Regardless, this was the best move for Tina by far.

No denying that this was a smart business move by both parties. I can only hope that TG will stay as "hands off" as possible and not try too hard to cut every corner to add to their profit margin, and simply be the financial backing for an already well-liked company & product.

I've never heard anything too bad about TG's Dirty 30's, and I will certainly put them in if that's what Longfields supercede to, but it will pain me til the day I die. More than anything, they had better be honoring Long's warranties!!!

I've got an opening in my shop. Good Toyota tech wanted; Pay is substandard, but tools, food and housing included. :lol:

Ironically enough, I will actually have a decent sized shop up in Washington in a few months. Want to move back Onur; start our own little shop? haha

Long story but the short version is that I left Lowe and took a job as the Parts Manager at Toyota South. We are going to move back to the Atlanta area. I'm down for the moment but def not out. I hope to be back up and selling parts to MUD within the next couple months. :cheers:
 
GAWD I HHHHHAAAAAAAAATTTTTTEEEEEEEEEEE COMCAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now entering hour 5 of getting my comcast crap service worked out. Changed packages, required a new DVR, That took 4 hrs over 3 days alone to get resolved, FINALLY got that worked out now all of my new channels are STILL NOT F-ING SHOWING UP. AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! Damn it!

We tried comcast up here after having Dish for years, I hated it so much I actually called Dish and asked if we could swap back. The guy was super nice and had to work some crazy magic but he got us set up. We have been with them ever since.

I also had a co-worker who had similar troubles as you are describing. Hope they get you taken care of soon.
 
We have Comcast for internet and that is enough...I have to call every 6 months to say ill leave if they don't lower my bill back and they do everytime...they don't know that we have no one else that services our area though and I really have no choice....
 
fawk it, I give up. I too have little choice as I require the high speed bandwidth for work but this is just getting unbelievable. It's what?, 9:12 PM and I started this process today at 2:13 according to my phone log, granted I took a 45 min break for dinner. I can seriously see how someone would load one in the chamber at some point. :bang::bang::bang::bang::bang::bang::bang::bang::bang::bang:

amazon prime and netflix.
Gotta love Roku!!
Monthly bill is about $40 for movie rentals (excluding internet service) and no commercials.
Too much crap on TV these days.....
