I’m sure, but the only stock displacement 1fz engines I have are the one in my 40 (which is a coilpack and has a NIB Katzuma (TRD oem) supercharger on it with the h55f, split case and locked / disc axles from my hdj75 (yes, I changed the input shaft) and the wits end turbo US model that is in my 62 on locked 80 chassis project.

The others (a “1fz-f” for the 66 FJ45LV and another coilpacked 1fz-f with another supercharger for the stretched 63 fj40) are both getting a 5.2L stroke with better rods.

Normally what we do with these builds is buy the stuff from the donor Cruiser (FZJ80) that is not needed in the build from the customer, store/sell ourselves. Still willing to do that but to us it is not worth more than $2000, the engine trans/tcase have 465,000 miles on them and are simply cores. Interior is well used.

Few things to mention before wrapping up the for sale ad. There is no ECU, a new or used one will need to be sourced. The gauge cluster is used, if it was my Cruiser I would try to find a new one. The reason there are some axle & diff parts is because that is what is left over after taking what we needed for another of Johns builds, an HDJ79. Originally we had for the 105 build front & rear axle shafts, knuckles and hubs + related parts, 105 brakes, 105 steering box, diff parts and 105 steel wheels but this was all used on Johns HDJ79 built. These parts bolt on 80/105 axle housings and convert it to five lug with stronger rear axle shafts and stronger hubs studs/dowels. Bigger front brakes as well. You can do this too but the parts will need to be purchased or use the 80 parts from the rolling chassis to keep it six lug. I don't think we planned to run ABS or rear LSPV on the 105 either so for example the brake booster/master is for non-ABS.

I believe we have a correction to make here. The tcase is not full time, not sure how I missed that but obviously it has no CDL. I didn't order 100% of these parts. I checked with Dave in Japan also and we both agree it is a part time tcase. From a 100/105-series.

I do believe so yes. Which also means to use this tcase you will need to at the minimum fit free wheeling hubs to the donor 80 axles.

Or sell it and get a full time case if you like full time 4wd.
