fuel tank pressure question (1 Viewer)

Greetings, so when I remove the rear tank cap there is no pressure, when I remove front tank cap there is a bit of pressure. Which is correct? Guessing the rear? Anyone have a picture of what the tank vent looks like? Thanks.

Are the caps vented? Switch caps and see if it changes anything?

they are the lock-cap ones. I can do that.

I get the same thing in this and other dual tank models. Absolutely nothing wrong with them. I suspect the one with the pressure maybe the one you have been using as the warmed return fuel gives off more fumes.
I have never had the pressure get very high, maybe the tank releases pressure at a certain psi.
I cant recall anyone ever having a problem with the stock fuel vent system on a 7*
