Alright this should be the final update, today I took the cruiser to a local mechanic and asked them to diagnose the noise and to take a look at the TRE's. They found the noise not to be coming from the TRE's but that it was coming from the hood. The hood was sliding from side to side within the hinge causing a wobbling noise, it sound crazy but when I got it home I Shoved some cardboard pieces in between the inner hinge ends where you can see there is a plastic washer there for this very reason. Well once I put the cardboard in it I gave it a good shake and felt nothing, drove it and the noise and wobble feeling was gone. The shop also said the TRE's didn't show any signs of where visually and when driven. Does anybody have any good ideas on how to repair the hinge issue?

A few of your TRE clamps are not installed correctly, and I'll third that your passenger TRE does not look right. As JohnnyC noted, you are shimless with extended shackles and lift springs. I have no idea how your truck doesn't follow ruts and have scary vague feeling steering. When I ran that exact setup I couldn't get caster shims installed fast enough.

There is a 'shim' of some sort between the leafspring pack and the axle cradle on one side, but not on the other spring pack to axle cradle?
Strongly suggest doing some additional checking of the steering tierods as mentioned.

@JohnnyC Yea, after posting, and thinking on it, 4" lift... Lean, yeah, another lesson at cruiser U.
