Got the leaves added up front so hopefully I've curbed the axle wrap issue. We'll see.
Been trying to figure out where to put my compressor for the ARBs but to say room is limited under the hood of a CA smog legal 60 is tough would be an understatement. At least I'm running the Compact compressor so it's not as bad as it could be.
I finally came up with an idea that should work out alright. I figured it's my best bet as the air lines should be clear of the hood and and of the other under hood equipment.
The large hole on the passenger side that is opposite the carb cooling fan is what I'm shooting for.
Made a quick template.

Got these about a year ago but haven't had much opportunity to use them. This was a great project for them.
Cut this it out of some 16 ga. I have lying around and drilled the mounting pattern in so I don't have to drill it in the engine bay.
I will put it in through the wheel well and tack it in. Hopefully get the compressor mounted tomorrow.

After it sitting on the shelf for ohhhhhh 7 or 8 months, I finally got around to mounting my new HA ram. Had to Cut off the old mounts and clean up all the Royal Purple that had leaked out of the old ram. It was a huge mess since the seals had let loose on Dusy, there was plenty of time to get dust all over the spilled fluid. I still need to clean the housing up a bit more. 
At any rate, finally got it mounted.
Just need to run new lines as the old lines didn't take into account the bump stops I'm running. That will just take a few minutes as I run the re-useable fittings.
I'll probably get a seal kit for the old ram and use it on another project down the road.

Great build man! I just picked up a cruiser and I've learned a ton just from reading your thread, thanks for taking the time to document every step of the way!

I'm not sure what the cylinder walls look like so I figure I'll keep it and run it if it's good.
If you have a week or 2 when your 60 will be down, bring me your box and I'll tap it for ya. Won't take me long to do but I'll work it in when I have time. Then worst case you can just plug the holes until we have time to install the ram.
That's also what I did when I tapped my box. I installed the fittings I was going to use and just got caps for them. I installed the ram later on. Now I keep those caps in the truck in case I break a line to the ram then I can just cap them and keep on going.
I just came across this thread and I had to join so I could ask a question. I have a 40 I'm building and I need a pair of those sleeve extensions you used on the front axle. I'm going to have Kurt at Cruiser Outfitters cut and turn mine and I want to add those extensions in at that time.

Alright, well after running the 14 bolt hubs with the factory bolts retaining the shafts (and the wheel should the studs fail ) I finally got the right Socket Head Cap Screws. The wheel will now come off without having to unbolt the axle shaft.
No Lock washers as they over hang the bolts. Just cleaned out the hubs, cleaned the threads and some good ol' thread locker.

Also got the compressor plumbed and wired.
Got the switches mounted.
I was going to mount them under the dash as it would be really easy with the ARB Bracket but I wanted them tucked in a bit better. I'm not a smoker and I stil lhave the center console for Change Storage so I figured I could take out the ash tray. Seems like it will work out well and it's just off the trans shifter so it's well within reach.

And for the really good stuff. I finally got something to clean-up the oxidation on the paint. I had gotten some Polishing Compound a while back and it worked well below the crown of the body panels (below the area that's always in the sun) but it didn't do much for the area above (pillars, roof, hood, etc.) . I finally went and got some good Rubbing Compound and it seems like it's working pretty well. Now I just need a day or 2 and I can make this pig shine. That part probably won't happen for a while anyway.
Picture kind of stinks but on the left I used the Rubbing Compound.
Really at this point I just need to install my line lock and get the rear driveshaft made and I'm ready for CM. Hopefully I'll still get a fair amount more work done before then as there is plenty more on my list.

i like the new bolts
I think you need to clean all that dust. That is why I roll up my windows, turn on the a/c and switch the vent to recirculate
