) I finally got the right Socket Head Cap Screws. The wheel will now come off without having to unbolt the axle shaft. 
I finally got something to clean-up the oxidation on the paint. I had gotten some Polishing Compound a while back and it worked well below the crown of the body panels (below the area that's always in the sun) but it didn't do much for the area above (pillars, roof, hood, etc.) . I finally went and got some good Rubbing Compound and it seems like it's working pretty well. Now I just need a day or 2 and I can make this pig shine.
That part probably won't happen for a while anyway.

I think you need to clean all that dust. That is why I roll up my windows, turn on the a/c and switch the vent to recirculate
